long run when they did so after carefully weighing all their options.
Here are some things to know and do before you sign a contract for work:
ask around
Get the opinions of your neighbors and friends, or call the references
provided by the contractor.A deposit should not be required for any roof unless the materials are special ordered, such as tile or metal. It's also important to verify proper workman’s comp. and general liability insurance, and check their expiration dates. Check your local supply companies to make sure their accounts are current.

Everyone we worked with - from our initial contact with our sales rep to the office staff and the owner himself - was absolutely fantastic.
There was a small problem after the job was completed, and the owner personally came to our home at 7:30am on a Saturday morning to inspect and handle the situation. Our job was a rush, as we decided to do the gutters just days before returning to Canada.
